Description

Abstract
The project provides a grape marc processing technological line modernization, which will allow a productivity augment¬tation of the line and to reduce energy costs, by using as an energy source, the heat resulting from production wastes combustion. We’ll also provide grape seeds drying process kinetics to establish the optimal drying regime: drying agent velocity, moisture and temperature, process duration, etc. Grape seeds drying transfer phenomena mathematical models elabo¬ration. Provide a heat generator modernization, in order to use as thermal energy source wine production wastes. Ensure existing technological line productivity augmentation due to new performing equipment, imposed technological regimes and requirements equipment adjustment and as a result the creation of a flexible technological line. The grape marc processing technological line will be implemented at „AZAMET PRO” SRL company, Cazaclia village, Ciadîr-Lunga district, UTAG Gagauzia. This technological line will permit to obtain from wine industry wastes, some extern and intern market requested end product, like: grape seeds, grape seeds flour and oil.
