Aspects of full favoring of large beneficiaries in apportion- ments using Hamilton method are discussed. In this aim, the requirements of full favoring apportionments compliance with Hamilton method’s solutions were defined. Subsequently, the AHL algorithm for determining the Hamilton apportionments which fully favor large beneficiaries is described. Using this al- gorithm, calculations for two examples were performed. The ob- tained results confirm the opportunity of using the AHL algorithm for the generation of Hamilton full favoring apportionments.en_US
