dc.description.abstractInvenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la obţinerea fibrelor alimentare biologic active din şrot de seminţe de in Linum usitatissimum L. Conform invenţiei, procedeul de obţinere a fibrelor alimentare din şrot de seminţe de in include umectarea şrotului cu soluţie hidroetanolică, presarea şi eliminarea fazei lichide, tratarea şrotului obţinut cu apă demineralizată fierbinte, separarea prin presare a fazei lichide de faza solidă ce conţine fibre alimentare insolubile, deshidratarea fazei lichide cu obţinerea fibrelor alimentare ce conţin polizaharide hidrosolubile în formă de fibre sau pulbere.en_US
