dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria uleiului şi a grăsimilor, şi anume la un procedeu de stabilizare a uleiurilor vegetale. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include administrarea in uleiul de floarea-soarelui sau de porumb, sau de nuci, sau de seminţe de struguri a unui extract liposolubil de cătină albă sau de păducel, sau de măceşe, în cantitate de 0,5...10% vol., până la un conţinut total de carotenoide de 25...250 mg/L, totodată extractul liposolubil este obţinut la uscarea convectivă a materiei prime, măcinarea acesteia, amestecarea materiei prime măcinate cu ulei, extracţia componentelor bioactive prin ultrasonare cu agitare, separarea extractului liposolubil de faza solidă prin centrifugare cu filtrare ulterioară. | en_US |
