| dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria laptelui, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a îngheţatei. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include prepararea mixului din lapte normalizat, smântână dulce, lapte degresat praf, zahăr, dextroză, sistem de stabilizare şi emulsionare, apă deionizată; filtrarea, omogenizarea, pasteurizarea, răcirea mixului, dozarea pudrei de aronia sau de cătină albă, sau de măceşe, sau de păducel şi a extractului hidroalcoolic de aronia sau păducel, sau a extractului liposolubil de cătină albă sau măceşe, maturarea, freezerarea mixului, ambalarea, călirea şi depozitarea îngheţatei. | en_US |
