dc.description.abstractThe invention relates to the construction of machines, in particular to the additive manufacturing technologies of the gear wheels of precessional planetary transmissions. The additive manufacturing processes of gear wheels consist in the fact that the deposition of the polymer material layer, which forms the core of the gear tooth, is made from dodecahedral cellular units with a fine structure or from metal powders from dodecahedral cellular units with a fine structure, at the same time, the deposition of the layer of polymeric material, which forms the superficial layer of the tooth of the gear wheel, is made from diamond-type cellular units with a coarse structure or from metal powders with the addition of solid lubricant from diamond-type cellular units with a coarse structure. The deposition of the layer of polymeric material from diamond-type cellular units with a coarse structure on the surface of the teeth with a convex-concave profile is made from polymeric material or metal powders from dodecahedral cellular units with a fine structure. The deposition is carried out by sphero-spatial movement.en_US
