dc.description.abstractThe present invention relates to winemaking, namely to the batch production process of sparkling wines in pressure vessels. The process of making sparkling wines in pressure vessels provides: the reception of the raw material for sparkling wines, blending of the wines, treatment and filtering of the blend, preparation of the tank mixture from the treated blend, draft liquor and the must of selected yeasts, secondary fermentation, cooling of the wine in tank to the temperature of – 4°C, keeping at this temperature for 48 hours, filtering and bottling.en_US
