In order to think and act prospectively, it is necessary to analyze the trends in the development of society and the issue of university education, as well as the relationship with the labor market in the Republic of Moldova, otherwise dissonances appear in this sense. One of the solutions is curriculum design. The aim of the research is to theoretically and praxeologically approach the design of prospective skills in the university curriculum through the infusion approach and to determine the level of design of these skills by teachers in the subjects taught. As research methods were applied: analysis of scientific documents, educational policies, observation, testing, pedagogical experiment. Thus, it was determined that the design and training of prospective competencies in university curricula led to their development from the level of knowledge to the level of application and integration. The design of prospective skills is in line with labor market requirements.en_US
