The notion of stability, if it does not give rise to the very existence of the property right, ensures in any case the respect given to this right. The defense of the legal relations of real rights is today the foundation of any social order, representing at the same time the essential task of all legal systems. Thus, the right to property, the most important of the real rights, as well as its dismemberments, is defended by a variety of legal means, regulated by different branches of our legal system. | en_US |
