Learning and especially the individual learning of students is highlighted to be increasingly important in the university education system. In addition, with the pandemic, this competence has shaped new missions for teachers both in terms of developing their own skills (eg digital), but also to train, in students, the competence of individual learning. Individual learning is highlighted in various educational policy documents, both at national and university level, but their applicability also depends on the individual style of the student, which he needs to capitalize on, starting from individual properties. The need to focus on the individual learning of the student, constituted by internal conditions of the personality, determines, orients, organizes and enhances the intensity of the learning effort for change.en_US
