dc.description.abstractInvenția se referă la sisteme de conversie a energiei eoliene, și anume la turbine eoliene cu ax vertical. Rezultatul tehnic constă în asigurarea la viteze maximale ale curenților de aer, respectiv, la viteze unghiulare mari ale arborelui rotitor, a posibilității autorepoziționării prin pivotarea palelor cu profil aerodinamic la un unghi de atac αm ≠ αopt, la care să se provoace majorarea forței de rezistență aerodinamică FD a palei și diminuarea vitezei unghiulare de rotire a arborelui roților implicit și al generatorului electric. Soluțiile tehnice propuse asigură procesul de frânare mecanică și aerodinamică a rotorului prin soluții constructive relativ simple și totodată asigură securizarea turnului de suprasarcini generate la vitezele mari ale vântului.en_US
