dc.description.abstract | Along with the calculation of labor productivity that characterize the effectiveness of one of the activities (functions) of Human Resources units, the use of personnel should also be evaluated by means of an indicator of staff profitability that allows connection between the level of costs and expenses of the enterprise and work management departments personnel. Among the various types of Human Resources activities, the personnel training function play a significant role in improving the outcomes of the enterprise, which is confirmed by the performed correlation analysis. | en_US |
