dc.description.abstract | Invenția se referă la tehnica și metodele de încercare a transmisiilor mecanice inclusiv a materialelor dinților roților conjugate. În sistemul tribologic și metoda de evaluare a pierderilor energetice în angrenajele dințate propuse, pierderile energetice în angrenarea dințată se determină că suma pierderilor în contactele fiecărei perechi de dinți simultan conjugate ki în funcție de diferența vitezelor liniare de alunecare cu frecare , de sarcina transmisă de geometria contactelor, de materialul dinților roților conjugate și condițiile de lubrifiere. Testările pe model se execută prin încărcarea contactului cu forța normală Fn la viteze periferice și de alunecare corespunzătoare punctului ki examinat. Nivelul și intensitatea de disipare (pierderii) a energiei în zona contactului se stabilește cu: puterea forțelor disipative (de frecare) Pd; temperatura T rezultată din procesul de frecare; nivelul coeficientului de frecare f. | en_US |
