dc.description.abstractNanosatelitul TUMnanoSAT a fost proiectat și fabricat la Centrul de Tehnologie Spațială al Universității Tehnice din Moldova și a fost selectat în runda a IV-a aprogramului KiboCube promovat de UNOOSA și JAXA. Acest nanosatelit efectuează mai multe misiuni tehnologice pentru testarea funcționalităților satelitului. De asemenea o misiune de cercetare este studiul funcționalității și fiabilității senzorilor de nanostructură în condiții de radiație cosmică. TUMnanoSAT a fost livrat Stației Spațiale Internaționale(ISS) de către SpaceX CRS-25, care este o misiune ISS Supply Services, a fost livrat ISS în iulie 2022 de către Cargo Dragon și lansat pe orbită pe 12 august 2022 din modulul KiboCUBE.en_US
