dc.description.abstractInvenţia se referă la tehnica şi tehnologia semiconductorilor oxizi, în particular la procedee de obţinere a senzorilor de nbutanol pe baza heterojoncţiunii ZnO-Al2O3. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include depunerea peliculei nanostructurate de ZnO pe un substrat din sticlă prin metoda sintezei chimice din soluţii, depunerea pe pelicula de ZnO a peliculei de Al2O3 cu grosimea de 17-20 nm prin metoda vaporizării termice în vid a triizopropilatului de aluminiu (Al(C3H7O)3) la temperatura substratului de 450°C, depunerea pe pelicula de Al2O3 a contactelor ohmice din Au-Cr în formă de meandru, tratarea fotonică rapidă a structurii obţinute la temperatura de 650°C timp de 30 s.en_US
