dc.description.abstractInvenţia se referă la optoelectronică, în particular la fotodetectoare de radiaţie infraroşie. Fotodetectorul de radiaţie infraroşie include un nanofir de GaAs şi contacte metalice. Totodată, nanofirul este fabricat prin anodizarea unei plachete de GaAs, iar la capetele nanofirului sunt formate contacte ohmice de Cr/Au prin depunere cu utilizarea litografiei cu fascicul laser.en_US
