dc.description.abstractPrezenta lucrare ţine să determine principalele proprietăţi electrice ale componentelor nucii (permitivitatea dielectrică, rezistenţa electrică), care influenţează procesul de separare. Este expusă metodica de determinare a acestor proprietăţi. Cercetările efectuate ne oferă o imagine amplă privind modificarea caracteristicilor electrice ale componentelor nucii în funcţie de mai mulţi factori, astfel ca temperatura, umiditatea, intensitatea câmpului electric.en_US
