| dc.description.abstract | Creşterea ofertei de alimente, combinată cu introducerea de noi tehnologii alimentare, creează necesitatea unui control riguros asupra inofensivităţii produselor alimentare. Sporirea numărului de agenţi economici în domeniul alimentar duce la creşterea riscurilor legate de siguranţa alimentelor. Astfel, siguranţa alimentelor poate fi demonstrată numai prin implementarea şi menţinerea în bună funcţionare a unui sistem de management al siguranţei alimentelor conform cerinţelor standardului internaţional ISO 22000:2018, care trebuie să fie parte componentă a oricărei organizaţii din lanţul alimentar. | en_US |
