dc.description.abstract | In this article, the testamentary succession is analysed through the prism of the new civil code regulation of the Republic of Moldova. Although we may alienate the property or use it as we want, by concluding the “inter vivo ‘s transactions”, the legislative bodies also make it possible for mortis causa, thus providing any and all people with the freedom of managing their property even after they die. The Will may be an obscure topic to discuss for many people, however, the Will is an important legal deed related to our heritage after we are not alive anymore. It provides a wide range of advantages, such as saving the financial resources and time, or convenience of interaction between the parties. Moreover, the testator can much more easily amend, revoke or cancel their Will or exceeded orders under Will, avoid bureaucracy, and so on. | en_US |
