dc.description.abstractThis paper is a synthesis of research focused on practical studies using methods of valuation and selection of projects in real estate. Economic entities must apply modern and effective methodologies for valuating and selecting projects from the multitude of possible variants. Explanations and recommendations of such methods are set out in the content of this paper. From a practical point of view, a case study was carried out on the evaluation of projects with identical budgets and equal duration.en_US
