This research has been inspired by an AOF (Academic Objective French) content detailed analysis, as part of a broader issue, which is the contribution of foreign language (French) teaching/studying within students’ academic integration process. The proper acknowledging and understanding of the foreign language cultural dimension makes the educational actors temptation to bring the concept of linguistic forming closer to that of academic competences forming as a whole more acceptable. In this context, the author wonders what would be the tools to enforce lectures assimilation and to enhance academic performance, making a case for the role of written academic production, as it evolves and transforms across the advancement on the academic path. Initially, it implies the lectures’ content restitution, evolving towards commentaries and syntheses, turning eventually into professional writings based on surveys study cases.en_US
