dc.description.abstractInvenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a amestecului de grăsimi tartinabile pe bază de smântână dulce. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include amestecarea grăsimii vegetale cu un conţinut de acizi graşi polinesaturaţi ω-3 şi ω6 de 75%, a laptelui degresat pasteurizat şi a emulgatorului la temperatura de 55...65°C, răcirea emulsiei obţinute şi a smântânii dulci pasteurizate până la temperatura de 3...7°C, amestecarea acestora cu maturarea ulterioară în decurs de 2...4 h, baterea amestecului până la formarea unor boabe cu textură de unt, după care boabele se spală şi se omogenizează.en_US
