dc.description.abstractHeritage is one of the most important concepts and notions specific to the legal field, which has a great complexity and application. Being analysed over a number of historical periods, heritage has provided opportunities, even in the contradiction with many legal researchers and from an ancient concept, it has become an essential concept and instrument of current law, due to the historical period during which it was formed and it set out its first features. We can even see that, because of all the conditions under which it appeared, evolved and developed, and the way in which it was imposed, the concept of heritage was accepted by most legal systems, whether ancient or contemporaryen_US
