In this paper, the prospective of using organic nanostructured crystals of p – type TTT2I3 (tetrathiotetracene-iodide) and n – type TTT(TCNQ)2 (tetrathiotetracene-iodide- tetracyanoquinodimethan) as components of thermoelectric biosensors is investigated.
