dc.description.abstractProcedeu de obținere a fibrelor alimentare din șrotul de semințe de in (Linum Usitatissimum) se referă la industria alimentară. Conform Procedeului, fibrele alimentare din șrotul de semințe de in (Linum Usitatissimum) sunt extrase prin degresarea șrotului, umectarea șrotului degresat cu amestec de etanol şi apă, extracția din șrotul degresat a polizaharidelor hidrosolubile cu apă caldă demineralizată, separarea fracției fibrelor insolubile prin presare, deshidratarea și transformarea fracției fibrelor de pentozani dizolvați în fibre solide, prin concentrare sau prin liofilizareen_US
