Specificul integrării clădirilor patrimoniul cultural în circuitul de utilizare modernă

Abstract

Architectural heritage is one of the assets that have a major importance in education, economy because it is based on values that are passed down from generation to generation. There are several methods of acculturation of cultural heritage, one of the methods currently approached internationally is the integration of cultural heritage buildings in the modern use circuit through the process of adaptive revitalization. In this article we presented what adaptive revitalization is, why it is important, what are the benefits of these methods. We also presented cases where the constructions changed their use following the adaptive revitalization, we notice that through the most popular the reuse of the constructions in art galleries, schools, commercial spaces, multicultural centers. And because the adaptive revitalization is based on the integration of historic buildings in the modern circuit, standards were presented based on which the requirements for compliance with the energy efficiency conditions of historic buildings are mentioned.
