Abstract: 
The method, according to the invention, includes hydrating the gelatin, mixing it with a sugar solution, adding lemon juice, foaming, adding the powder and the hydroalcoholic extract from red grape skin or apple pomace, or peach pomace or pumpkin pulp, after which the mixture it is homogenized until a stable foam is formed, molded and stabilized, the finished product is sprinkled with a mixture of powdered sugar and starch and packaged.
