Abstract

With the development of trade and economic relations arises the need for the existence of the lease. This is due to the fact that since ancient times people needed to carry out its activity of production of certain goods that they could not procure due to lack of financial sources, so the emergence of this type of civil contract - the lease, which allowed the activity due to goods transferred for temporary use and / or possession. The lease is of particular importance to both parties. For the tenant, the lease of the goods has the following meaning: it is a rational and economic form of using temporarily unusable goods and used for carrying out a household or other activities; allows to cover operating expenses and depreciation rates; gives the possibility to obtain a certain income.
