The role of the social audit is an essential one in the process of qualitative assessment of the organizational capacity to manage human resources in order to determine the social impact. The main objective established in carrying out this research consists in highlighting the most widely spread international models for social audit that can be applied as a reference by companies from the Republic of Moldova. The selection and application of the most appropriate social audit model will allow enterprises to carry out self-assessment and identify directions for increasing social responsibility to protect and increase reputation, to improve the image and strengthen the organizational culture, to increase the trust of customers and business partners. |
