Dezvoltarea lanțului valoric – ca instrument al managementului performant în asigurarea competitivității ramurii pomicole

Abstract

The value chain, which in the author's conception, is determined as one of the basic levers of efficient management, requires application and development based on a strategic analysis and approach, in order to ensure competitiveness and sustainable development of both individual agricultural enterprises and the fruit-growing branch of the Republic of Moldova as a whole. The method of correct elaboration and application of the value chain represents one of the ways with a beneficial influence on the performing management at the enterprise level, at the branch level, as well as at the sectorial level. In the conditions of the compliance of the agricultural enterprises in the orchard field with the requirements of the specific mechanisms of the market economy, the value chain will become increasingly important and will show a special interest from managers, entrepreneurs in its application, in order to create and consolidate the competitive advantage both on the local market as well as on foreign markets.
