Abstract: 
The research reflected in this article represents a study of climatic conditions in the wine-growing areas: Mircești village, Ungheni district; Păulești village, Călărași district; Nisporeni city; Șișcani village, Nisporeni district; Speia village, Anenii Noi district; Chisinau municipality; Purcari village, Ștefan Vodă district; Leova city; Doina village, Cantemir district; Bugeac village, Comrat district; Albota village, Taraclia district; Colibași village, Cahul district and Alexandru Ioan Cuza village, Cahul district.
Following the obtained results, it was observed that the average of multiannual temperature has values between 11.20 and 13.67oC, or it is higher by more than 1oC than 10-15 years ago. The annual quantity of precipitation varies within the limits of 293.53 in the centre of Moldova - Chisinau and 470.98 mm in the Albota village, Taraclia district.
