Abstract:
The most important indicator of the effectiveness of surface hardening by plastic deformation is the degree of plastic deformation of the surface layer and the remaining tensions. It is also important to understand the depth of their distribution of the surface layer and thereby determine its most dangerous sections. As well as forecast-ing the necessary modes for the desired result of surface deformation processing and conditions guaranteeing the non-destruction of the treated surface.
