Public property management is a sustainable process that supports local public authorities in making decisions regarding investments in the development of the public property, based on the level of importance of assets and how suitable are these public assets for ensuring the quality of public services. According to the current legal concept, the administrative-territorial units, like any other legal entity, have the right of ownership over a set of goods. The municipally owned goods of Chisinau city are of particular importance for the satisfaction of the general public interest. These goods are under a legal public law regime that makes them inalienable, imprescriptible, and imperceptible.en_US
