Given the fact that in European countries, leasing operations are widely used for business development, and the Republic of Moldova follows the path of European integration, leasing operations should become much more accessible and popular in the national economy. The basic purpose of this paper is to confirm the justification of leasing as an effective method of financing business in the Republic of Moldova in the context of European integration. In this context, this article reviews the arguments put forward by different scientists regarding the use of leasing, while also highlighting the main shortcomings, especially specific to developing countries. As a research method, there are used statistical methods of descriptive analysis, being examined the situation on the leasing market in the Republic of Moldova in terms of comparison with the specific situation of European countries. |
