Abstract: 
Analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of the use of equity get particular importance in the functioning of modern business. In this scientific article are presented results of a study of the existing factor models return on equity, as well are presented a universal integrated model that allows assessing the impact of various factors of production and of non-manufacturing on the return on equity. Practical testing of the developed model as an example for the construction industry average data for the period 2014-2015.
