dc.description.abstract | Invenția se referă la industria alimentară, și anume la un procedeu de obținere a băuturilor nealcoolice pe bază de componente naturale. Problema pe care o rezolvă invenția constă în ameliorarea valorii nutritive și lărgirea sortimentului de băuturi nealcoolice și respectiv lărgirea cercului de consumatori. Avantajul obținut de invenție constă în utilizarea fructelor/pomușoarelor autohtone fără tratarea termică, astfel băuturile sunt îmbogățite cu vitamine așa ca: vitamina C, vitamina A, vitamina K, acid folic, etc. și substanțe minerale ca K, Ca, Mg, P, etc. | en_US |
