dc.description.abstractInvenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include recepţionarea strugurilor de soiuri albe sau roze, zdrobirea şi desciorchinarea acestora cu obţinerea mustuielii proaspete, macerarea mustuielii, separarea şi deburbarea mustului proaspăt, fermentaţia alcoolică a mustului, totodată, spre sfârşitul fermentaţiei alcoolice sau după finalizarea acesteia, se administrează o soluţie de levuri plasmolizate, obţinută la amestecarea levurilor uscate cu must sau cu soluţie de zahăr tosen_US
