Abstract: 
The Technical University of Moldova (TUM) is the only university in Moldova to train engineers with more than 50 years of history, with a large infrastructure including 9 faculties, a college, several administrative departments, research centers and a training center. TUM offers more than 100 programs at all levels: Bachelor, Master, PhD, especially in engineering. The use of digital is present in all aspects of university management: organizational, human resources, academic and financial. The paper describes the challenges of digital governance and how the university manages them.
