In a hiring interview, the HR specialist wishes to know if you are good for the company or department where you are going to be hired. If he has the education, necessary skills, abilities and attitudes for the job. In this article, I will not focus either on the technical side, on the assessment indicators in the competence interview or on the type of questions asked. Not even on dress code, protocol, or contact. Not even on the states of anxiety or the restlessness of the candidate. Less in the phone interview but more in CV we can also draw attention to another type of detail that psychological specialists can see. Economic development and IT industry progress made as to post our social life in the online environment; and the internet helped for this making all that easier. Here is the gold mine for HR specialists; analysis of social networks. Some recruiters look at the profile of the page less as to what is posed, how to post and why it is done. The HR specialist can find the perfect candidate after the interview but what you do if he works with women and his posts in social networks promote and approve discrimination against women. Effort, time and resources lost by not paying attention to a simple detail. |
