The recruitment and selection of human resources are fundamental processes for an entity that wants not only to survive on the market, but also to strengthen its position in this market as well as to enter new markets. More and more entities are optimizing lately, with the help of modern technologies, all the recruitment processes, in order to reduce costs and save time spent with traditional recruitment. Modern technologies have led to massive changes in HR departments, and innovation in the field continues to transform the way human resources managers deal with the recruitment and selection of staff. In addition to the fact that specialized sofrware in human resources simplifies work in an HR departament, they are reinvented periodically and allow simple and rapid access to a diversity of data and information, which significantly improves the work of human resources specialists. Thus, specialists can focus on the essential aspects of the business, making their contribution to the development of the entity more valuable. The adoption of technologies for large-scale recruitment has changed and will continue to change the role of HR experts who are currently focusing on automation solutions and incereasing efficiency.
