| dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a semi-fabricatelor din carne tocată de ovină. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include mărunţirea cărnii de ovină cu o maşină de tocat cu diametrul ochiurilor sitei de 2-3 mm, amestecarea cărnii tocate într-un malaxor cu şrot de nuci, sare de uz alimentar, bicarbonat de sodiu, usturoi proaspăt, piper negru măcinat şi apă potabilă, modelarea semifabricatelor, ambalarea şi, ermetizarea. | en_US |
