Abstract
General objective: modernization of engineering higher education in RM based on new technologies of information and communication: implementation of training methods with the use of e-learning resources. Relevance: The results of many surveys of students and graduates indicate a reduced flexibility of training, they recommend the use of electronic platforms, online courses (in different versions) that would allow individualization of the learning process, would exclude time losses in traditional conspecting, that provides opportunities to constantly update the courses, the adaptation of education process to the requirements of the economic environment. Profound research is needed on the methodology of implementing this form of education, quality assurance, training of human potential and staff support. Methods used: procedures developed within the Department of Quality Management of TUM, other procedures that will be developed (various questionnaires for students, trainees and tutors on the quality, utility, usability of e-learning materials developed); software platform "Sondaj" expanded with programs; specific methods developed in the project, for processing and analysis of results of opinion polls of students / trainees, graduates and teachers. Expected results: The curriculum of training courses for e-learning course creators and works in the virtual lab; Guidelines on the methodology of creating virtual laboratory (e-labvirtual); Criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of e-learning courses and practical works in the e-labvirtual; System of measurement and means to increase the reliability of the academic electronic platform and information security; Two PhD theses; Publications.
