The invention relates to a process of drying brewer's yeast with the application of convection, and can be applied to enterprises in the food industry, in research laboratories and research centers related to the drying process.
The object of the invention is to apply the process of drying brewer's yeast with the application of convection, by optimizing the heat treatment time of the product and the degree of uniformity of drying during the technological process.
