| dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară în deosebi la procedeul de deshidratare a fructelor de piersic, care poate fi aplicat la întreprinderile din industria alimentară, în laboratoarele și centrele de cercetare care au legătură cu procesul de uscare.
