Abstract

Climate change can have a significant impact on the quality and quantity of agricultural production. Access to finance and investment - The agricultural sector requires constant investment in the modernization and expansion of infrastructure and equipment. Access to finance and investment is important to support these investments and to develop the agricultural sector. Government Policy - Government policies can play an important role in the development of the agricultural sector. These policies may include measures to support agricultural producers, increase access to markets and invest in rural infrastructure.
