The survey participants were presented with 14 questions from three main groups: social, basic and final. The results of the survey revealed that, despite the active development and introduction of functional food products into public catering production, most of the respondents, 41%, do not have sufficient information. Detailed study of nutrition in cancer and functional products in general (74%) It is important for the respondents, and they (69%) also consider it necessary to expand the range of this group of products in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. |
