Abstract: 
The successful fulfillment of the tasks of the enterprise in the field of improving production efficiency requires improvement of its management structure as a whole, including the structure and human resource management. Restructuring of the personnel function meanings the process presupposes the changing the structure of the department of human resource management in order to ensure compliance with the limit of its structure function of the internal contents of personnel to meet the requirements of the external environment of the enterprise.
